How we treat informationin Real Town: Hidden Object

In effect as of April 27, 2026 · distributed on the App Store

This page explains, in simple terms, what kind of information may be involved when you play Real Town: Hidden Object on an Apple device. It is a companion to the App Store privacy details for the app—the store listing is the best place to see the latest data categories Apple associates with the current build.

We do not run a public support website or publish personal contact details in this file. If you need official product or account help, use the tools and links provided in the App Store or in iOS and iPadOS system settings.

What the App Store label means for you

App Store “privacy labels” describe what a developer or Apple may collect or link to you, depending on the version of the app you install. Always read the label on the live product page before you download or update, because it can change when a new build ships.

Gameplay on your device

Many hidden-object games store progress, unlocked chapters, in-game settings, and similar data on the device so you can continue where you left off. That data is governed by the device owner’s choices—such as whether the app is removed, or whether a user-managed device backup includes app data under Apple’s rules.

Who handles purchases and the store

Downloading, updating, and in-app purchases go through Apple’s App Store and related platform services. Receipts, subscriptions, family controls, and payment questions are subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices, not described in full here.

Third-party services inside the app. If a future version includes optional sign-in, analytics, ads, or social features, those are disclosed on the App Store and in in-app permissions when they become relevant. This static page is not a live inventory of every SDK; rely on the store and on-screen prompts for the build you are running.

Choices you already have

You can limit ad tracking, adjust analytics sharing, manage subscriptions, and review permissions in Settings and your Apple ID on the device. Deleting the app from a device usually removes its sandboxed data on that device unless a separate backup or sync applies.
